PrandiMet (repaglinide and metformin HCl) is a combination of oral diabetes medications that help control blood sugar levels and is used together with diet and exercise to treat type 2 (non-insulin dependent) diabetes.

- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- confusion,
- stomach pain,
- dizziness,
- seizure,
- blurred vision,
- weakness, and
- sweating,
- feeling cold,
- trouble speaking,
- tiredness
- tremors,
- extreme weakness,
- unusual muscle pain,
- irregular heart rate,
