Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin-piiq for injection)

Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin-piiq) is a CD79b-directed antibody–drug conjugate indicated in combination with bendamustine and a rituximab product for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, after at least two prior therapies.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- night sweats,
- easy bruising,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- weight loss,
- confusion,
- chills,
- chest pain,
- wheezing,
- flu-like symptoms,
- weakness,
- cough,
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- muscle weakness,
- mouth sores,
- shallow breathing,
- muscle cramps,
- unusual bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums),
- chest tightness,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- trouble walking,
- fast or slow heart rate,
- decreased urination, and
- tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
- cough with mucus,
- problems with speech, thought, vision, or muscle movement,
- yellow of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- numbness, tingling, pain, or burning sensation in your hands or feet,
- tingly or painful blistering rash on one side of your body,
