Plexion (sodium sulfacetamide 10% and sulfur 5%) is a sulfonamide and antibacterial cleanser used to help treat acne and other skin conditions. Plexion is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• irritation
• skin redness
• scaling
