Photrexa Viscous (riboflavin 5'-phosphate in 20% dextran ophthalmic solution) 0.146% for topical ophthalmic use is a photoenhancer indicated for use with the KXL System in corneal collagen cross-linking for the treatment of progressive keratoconus.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• eye redness or watering,
• severe eye pain, and
• sudden change in your vision

The following drugs are related to Photrexa Viscous, either as a replacement or used together:

• Dexferrum (iron dextran injection, usp)
• Infed (iron dextran)
• Isopto Hyoscine (scopolamine)
