This drug may have the following side effects:

• sore throat
• nausea
• vomiting
• stomach pain
• sleep problems (insomnia)
• back pain
• skin discoloration
• cough, or
  
• mild constipation
• skin reactions (redness, swelling, itching, or burning sensations)
• increased hair growth
• skin growths
• increased wrinkles
• increased skin fragility of the area treated
• eye sensitivity to sun, bright lights, or car headlights

• Exkivity (mobocertinib capsules)
• Sancuso (granisetron transdermal system)
