Turalio (pexidartinib capsules)
type of Antineoplastic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors, CSF1R Inhibitors
Turalio (pexidartinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) associated with severe morbidity or functional limitations and not amenable to improvement with surgery.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- itching
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- tiredness, and
