Perjeta (pertuzumab)

Perjeta (pertuzumab) Injection is a monoclonal antibody used in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel for the treatment of patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have not received prior anti-HER2 therapy or chemotherapy for metastatic disease.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • dizziness,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • headache,
  • weakness,
  • mouth sores,
  • muscle cramps,
  • pounding heartbeats,
  • new or worsening cough,
  • swelling in your lower legs,
  • skin sores,
  • decreased urination, and
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
  • muscle pain,
  • fast or slow heartbeat,
  • unusual taste in your mouth,

  • Kisqali (ribociclib tablets)
