Vectibix (panitumumab injection for intravenous use)

Vectibix (panitumumab) Injection is a cancer medication used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer that has progressed after treatment with other chemotherapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- dizziness,
- fluttering in your chest,
- constipation,
- wheezing,
- increased thirst,
- muscle weakness,
- painful or difficult urination,
- swelling in your feet or ankles,
- irregular heartbeats,
- vision changes,
- chest tightness,
- increased thirst or urination,
- dry cough or hack,
- sudden chest pain or discomfort,
- leg cramps,
- numbness or tingling,
- limp feeling,
- hot and dry skin,
- heavy sweating,
- feeling hot,
- inability to urinate,
- severe or ongoing diarrhea,
- redness, swelling, or irritation of your eyes or eyelids,
- swelling of your face,
- severe or worsening acne,
- swelling or infection around your finger or toenails,
- skin itching, and
- redness, dryness, peeling, cracking, or oozing from your skin
