Zeposia (ozanimod capsules)

Zeposia (ozanimod) is a sphingosine 1- phosphate receptor modulator used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing- remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • tiredness,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • chest pain,
  • seizure,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • pounding in your neck or ears,
  • cough,
  • flu symptoms,
  • increased sensitivity to light,
  • slow heartbeats,
  • sudden confusion,
  • vision loss,
  • new or worsening shortness of breath,
  • feel like your heart is skipping beats,
  • seeing an unusual color in your vision,
  • blind spot or shadows in the center of your vision,
  • painful and frequent urination, and
  • neck stiffness
