Xtampza ER (oxycodone extended-release capsules)
type of Opioid Analgesics
Xtampza ER (oxycodone) extended-release is an opioid agonist product indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term opioid treatment and for which alternative treatment options are inadequate.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- weight loss,
- tiredness,
- low blood pressure,
- fainting,
- abdominal pain,
- depression,
- daytime sleepiness,
- blurred vision, and
- unusual thirst,
- lack of concentration,
- decreased appetite,
- dehydration,
- extreme fatigue,
- salt craving,
- low blood sugar,
- slow and shallow breathing,
- darkening of your skin,
- sedation
