Oxistat (oxiconazole)

Oxistat (oxiconazole) Cream and Lotion is a topical (for the skin) antifungal medication used to treat skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. Serious side effects of Oxistat are not expected.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• swelling,
• burning,
• redness,
• irritation,
• stinging,
• pimple-like bumps,
• tenderness, or
• flaking of the treated skin

The following drugs are related to Oxistat, either as a replacement or used together:

• Ertaczo (sertaconazole nitrate)
• Luzu (luliconazole cream, 1%)

The following supplements are related to Oxistat, and may be used together with the drug:

• Iodine (s.)
• Tea Tree Oil (s.)
• Bitter Orange (s.)
