Oxbryta (voxelotor) is a hemoglobin S polymerization inhibitor used to treat sickle cell disease in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • itching
  • rash, and
  • severe dizziness,

  • Adakveo (crizanlizumab-tmca injection)
  • Droxia (hydroxyurea capsules)
  • Endari (l-glutamine oral powder)
  • Hydrea (hydroxyurea)
  • Siklos (hydroxyurea tablets, for oral use)
  • NutreStore (l-glutamine powder for oral solution)
