Oxbryta (voxelotor tablets)

Oxbryta (voxelotor) is a hemoglobin S polymerization inhibitor used to treat sickle cell disease in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching
- rash, and
- severe dizziness,

- Adakveo (crizanlizumab-tmca injection)
- Droxia (hydroxyurea capsules)
- Endari (l-glutamine oral powder)
- Hydrea (hydroxyurea)
