Tagrisso (osimertinib tablets)

Tagrisso (osimertinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) T790M mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as detected by an FDA-approved test, who have progressed on or after EGFR TKI therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• shortness of breath,
• chest pain,
• fainting,
• cough,
• unusual tiredness,
• seizures,
• vision changes,
• mental or mood changes,
• easy bruising or bleeding,
• extreme drowsiness,
• fever, and
• light sensitivity,
• severe dizziness,
• slow or shallow breathing,
• swelling ankles or feet,
• eye discharge,
• slow, fast, or irregular heartbeat,
• changes in your nails (tenderness, irritation, redness, or changes in color),
• eye redness or pain,
• unusual or sudden weight change,
• pain, swelling or warmth in the groin or calf
