Ontruzant (trastuzumab-dttb for injection)

Ontruzant (trastuzumab-dttb) is a HER2/neu receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of HER2-overexpressing breast cancer and for the treatment of HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • dizziness,
  • sore throat,
  • fever,
  • swelling,
  • fatigue
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • fatigue,
  • chest pain or pressure, 
  • chills, and
