Onpattro (patisiran) contains a transthyretin-directed small interfering RNA and is indicated for the treatment of the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis in adults.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • lightheadedness,
  • fast heartbeats,
  • dizziness,
  • headache,
  • chest pain or pressure
  • warmth,
  • severe dizziness,
  • stomach pain, and
The following drugs are related to Onpattro, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Abelcet (amphotericin b injection)
  • Ambisome (amphotericin b)
  • Amvuttra (vutrisiran injection)
  • Tegsedi (inotersen injection)
