Onpattro (patisiran lipid complex injection)

Onpattro (patisiran) contains a transthyretin-directed small interfering RNA and is indicated for the treatment of the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- lightheadedness,
- fast heartbeats,
- dizziness,
- headache,
- chest pain or pressure
- warmth,
- severe dizziness,
- stomach pain, and

- Ambisome (amphotericin b)
- Amvuttra (vutrisiran injection)
