Zofran Injection (ondansetron hydrochloride injection)

Zofran (ondansetron hydrochloridc) Injection is an antiemetic (anti nausea and vomiting) used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by surgery or by medicine to treat cancer (chemotherapy). Zofran Injection is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache,
• lightheadedness,
• dizziness,
• numbness,
• diarrhea,
• itching,
• constipation,
• fever,
• tiredness,
• drowsiness,
• cold feeling,
• tingling, or
• injection site reactions (redness, pain, burning).
