Omnipred (prednisolone acetate)

Omnipred (prednisolone acetate) Ophthalmic Suspension is an adrenocortical steroid is used to treat inflammation caused by allergies, eye infections, or any general irritation to the eye.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- glaucoma,
- temporary cloudy vision,
- increased sensitivity of the eyes to light,
- stinging/burning/itching/irritation in your eyes,
- increased pressure in the eyes,
- optic nerve damage,
- cataracts, and
- delayed wound healing
The following drugs are related to Omnipred, either as a replacement or used together:
- Millipred (prednisolone tablets)
- Trobicin (spectinomycin)
