Synribo (omacetaxine mepesuccinate)

Synribo (omacetaxine mepesuccinate) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) used to treat adults with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- headache
- cough
- nausea
- diarrhea
- vomiting
- fatigue
- constipation
- rash
- abdominal pain
- weight loss
- muscle pain
- back pain
- joint pain
- weakness
- insomnia
- swelling of the extremities
- hair loss, and
- nosebleed
- injection site reactions
- pain in the extremities
- a low level of platelets in the blood (thrombocytopenia)
- low red blood cell count (anemia)
- a decrease in the number of lymphocytes in the blood (lymphopenia)
