Rezlidhia (olutasidenib capsules)

Rezlidhia (olutasidenib) is an isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible DH1 mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • tiredness,
  • weakness, and
  • stomach pain (upper right side),
  • dark colored urine,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice)
The following drugs are related to Rezlidhia, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Cytarabine (cytarabine)
  • Sprycel (dasatinib)
  • Dxevo (dexamethasone tablets)
  • Idamycin (idarubicin)
  • Kenalog-40 Injection (triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension)
  • Prednisone (prednisone tablets, usp)
