Patanase Nasal Spray (olopatadine hydrochloride) is an antihistamine indicated for the relief of the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children 6 years of age and older.

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• headache,
• cough,
• sore throat,
• dry mouth,
• drowsiness,
• weight gain,
• nosebleed,
• sneezing,
• runny nose,
• diarrhea, or
• sores inside the nose,
• burning or pain when urinating,
• bitter taste in your mouth,
• cold symptoms,
• stomach pain.
