Ryaltris (olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate monohydrate nasal spray)

Ryaltris (olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate monohydrate nasal spray) is a combination of a histamine-1 (H1) receptor inhibitor and a corticosteroid used to treat symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. 

The drug is often used to treat Allergic rhinitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • severe dizziness
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing,

  • Allegra (fexofenadine hcl)

  • Clarinex (desloratadine)
  • Clarinex-D 12hr (desloratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate)

  • Vistaril (hydroxyzine)
  • Zaditor (ketotifen fumarate)
  • Xyzal (levocetirizine dihydrochloride)

  • Naphcon A (naphazoline hydrochloride and pheniramine maleate solution and drops)
