Odomzo (sonidegib capsules)
type of Antineoplastics Hedgehog Pathway Inhibitors
Odomzo (sonidegib) is a hedgehog pathway inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced basal cell carcinoma (BCC) that has recurred following surgery or radiation therapy, or those who are not candidates for surgery or radiation therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- dark-colored urine
- little or no urinating, and
The following drugs are related to Odomzo, either as a replacement or used together:
- Proleukin (aldesleukin for injection)
- Imlygic (talimogene laherparepvec suspension for intralesional injection)
- Yervoy (ipilimumab injection)
- Keytruda (pembrolizumab for injection)
- Opdivo (nivolumab injection)
- Temodar (temozolomide)
