Pamelor (nortriptyline HCl) is an antidepressant that is used to treat mental/mood problems such as depression.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • blurred vision,
  • weakness,
  • constipation,
  • dry mouth,
  • urinary retention,
  • ringing in your ears,
  • decreased sex drive,
  • impotence, or
  • difficulty having an orgasm.
  • fast heart rate,
  • weight gain or loss,
  • lack of coordination,
  • tingly feeling,
  • breast swelling (in men or women),
  • dizziness upon standing (orthostatic hypotension),
  • unpleasant taste,
