Tri-Linyah (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol tablets)

Tri-Linyah (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol kit) is an estrogen/progestin combined oral contraceptive (COC) indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy. Tri-Linyah is also used to treat moderate acne vulgaris in females at least 15 years of age, who have no known contraindications to oral contraceptive therapy and have achieved menarche. Tri-Linyah should be used for the treatment of acne only if the patient desires an oral contraceptive for birth control.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- vaginal infection,
- weight changes
- headache/migraine,
- vaginal discharge, and
- abdominal/gastrointestinal pain,
- breast issues (including breast pain, enlargement, and discharge),
- mood disorders (including mood alteration and depression),
