Noroxin (norfloxacin)

Noroxin (norfloxacin) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the prostate and urinary tract. Noroxin also treats gonorrhea.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• diarrhea,
• sweating,
• lightheadedness,
• dizziness,
• headache
• back pain,
• vaginal itching or discharge, or
• stomach cramps,
• heartburn,
• rectal pain,
• muscle and joint aches,
