Wymzya Fe (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol tablets and ferrous fumarate tablets) is a combined oral contraceptive (COC) indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use this product as a method of contraception.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• irregular uterine bleeding,
