Vyfemla (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol tablets) is an oral contraceptive indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use this product as a method of contraception. Vyfemla is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• and intolerance to contact lenses.
• changes in menstrual flow,
• swelling,
• nipple discharge,
• migraine,
• rash (allergic),
• vaginal yeast infection,
• breakthrough bleeding,
• vomiting,
•  depression,
• abdominal cramps,
• bloating,
• spotting,
• missed periods,
• freckles or darkening of facial skin,
• breast tenderness or enlargement,
• weight gain or loss,
• changes in vaginal discharge,
