Perlane-L (non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid) Injectable Gel with 0.3% Lidocaine is a dermal filler used to smooth moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles such as the lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds). The lidocaine is used to help reduce the discomfort of the injections.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• redness
• swelling
• bruising
• tenderness, pain, itching, osmall lumps in the injection site.
