Opdualag (nivolumab and relatlimab-rmbw injection)

type of Monoclonal Antibodies, PD-1PD-L1 Inhibitors

Opdualag (nivolumab and relatlimab-rmbw) is a combination of a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody and a lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) blocking antibody, indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age or older with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. 

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• dizziness,
• shaking,
• chills,
• rash,
• fever, and
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• fainting, 
• flushing,
• back or neck pain
