Nitro-Dur (nitroglycerin)

Nitro-Dur (nitroglycerin) transdermal is a nitrate used to prevent attacks of chest pain (angina). Nitro-Dur is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- headache
- nausea
- vomiting
- lightheadedness
- dizziness
- upset stomach
- weakness
- nervousness
- flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling under your skin)
- skin rash or itching as your body adjusts to this medication
