Zejula (niraparib capsules)
type of Antineoplastics PARP Inhibitors
Zejula (niraparib) capsules is a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor indicated for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- shortness of breath,
- weight loss,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- dizziness,
- fluttering in your chest,
- severe headache,
- constipation,
- dry mouth,
- back pain,
- headache,
- weakness,
- cough,
- painful urination,
- little or no urination,
- mouth sores,
- irregular heartbeats,
- anxiety,
- pounding heartbeats,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- indigestion,
- muscle or joint pain,
- rash
- blurred vision, and
- pounding in your neck or ears
- trouble swallowing or talking,
- blood in your urine or stools,
- sore throat, and
- sleep problems,
- Get medical help right away, if you have any of the symptoms listed above.

- bad breath,
- altered sense of taste,
- frequent infections,
- The most common side effects of Zejula include:
- abnormal liver function or other blood tests,
- changes in the color of your urine,
