Nicotrol (nicotine inhalation system)

Nicotrol (nicotine inhalation system) contains nicotine, the primary ingredient in tobacco products, and is used to aid in smoking cessation. Using a controlled amount of nicotine helps reduce nicotine withdrawal symptoms when you quit smoking.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- dry mouth,
- headache,
- sweating,
- cough,
- diarrhea, and
- runny or stuffy nose,
- upset stomach,
- heartburn,
- changes in taste,
- hiccups,
- burping,
- mouth/tooth/throat pain or soreness,
- muscle or joint pain
