Rhopressa (netarsudil ophthalmic solution) is a Rho kinase inhibitor indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • vision changes,
  • severe dizziness
  • eye pain, and
