Rocklatan (netarsudil and latanoprost ophthalmic solution)

Rocklatan (netarsudil and latanoprost ophthalmic solution) a fixed dose combination of a Rho kinase inhibitor and a prostaglandin F2a analogue indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • eye swelling,
  • redness of the eye,
  • severe burning, stinging, or irritation after using this medicine
  • red, swollen, or itchy eyelids,
  • vision changes, and
  • severe discomfort in the eye,
  • crusting or drainage from the eye,

  • Alphagan-P (brimonidine tartrate)
  • Azopt (brinzolamide ophthalmic suspension)
  • Lumigan (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution 0.03% for glaucoma)
  • Combigan (brimonidine tartrate, timolol maleate ophthalmic solution .2%/.5%)
  • Simbrinza (brinzolamide/brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic suspension)
