Nerlynx (neratinib tablets)
type of Antineoplastic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors, Antineoplastics EGFR Inhibitors, Antineoplastics, Anti-HER2
Nerlynx (neratinib) tablets are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the extended adjuvant treatment of adult patients with early stage HER2-overexpressed/amplified breast cancer, to follow adjuvant trastuzumab-based therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- clay-colored stools, and
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- vomiting,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- tiredness,
- little or no urination,
- swelling in your feet or ankles,
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- severe or ongoing diarrhea,

- Piqray (alpelisib tablets)
- Herceptin Hylecta (trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk injection, for subcutaneous use)
- Margenza (margetuximab-cmkb injection, for intravenous use)
