Nerlynx (neratinib tablets)

Nerlynx (neratinib) tablets are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the extended adjuvant treatment of adult patients with early stage HER2-overexpressed/amplified breast cancer, to follow adjuvant trastuzumab-based therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • itching,
  • dark urine,
  • clay-colored stools, and
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • tiredness,
  • little or no urination,
  • swelling in your feet or ankles,
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • severe or ongoing diarrhea,
The following drugs are related to Nerlynx, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Piqray (alpelisib tablets)
  • Herceptin Hylecta (trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk injection, for subcutaneous use)
  • Margenza (margetuximab-cmkb injection, for intravenous use)
