Serzone (nefazodone)

Serzone (nefazodone hydrochloride) is an antidepressant used to treat depression. The brand name of Serzone is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• confusion,
• fainting,
• weakness,
• seizures,
• vision changes,
• severe dizziness
• vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
• black or tarry stools,
• easy bleeding or bruising,
• eye pain, swelling or redness,
• painful or prolonged erection lasting 4 or more hours, and
