Vivitrol (naltrexone xr inj)

Vivitrol (naltrexone) for Extended-Release Injectable Suspension is an opioid antagonist used to treat alcohol dependence and prevent relapse to opioid dependence.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- upper stomach pain,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- clay-colored stools, and
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- lightheadedness,
- confusion,
- swelling,
- wheezing,
- depression,
- trouble breathing,
- new or worsening cough,
- weak or shallow breathing,
- severe dizziness,
- skin changes,
- blistering,
- severe pain,
- thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself,
- dark scab or hard lump where the medicine was injected,
- tried feeling,
