Synarel (nafarelin acetate for central precocious puberty)

Synarel (nafarelin acetate) nasal solution is a man-made form of a protein that is like a hormone and is used to treat precocious puberty in both male and female children. Synarel is also used to treat endometriosis in women who are 18 years of age or older.

The drug is often used to treat Endometriosis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• vomiting,
• confusion,
• seizure,
• aggression,
• vision changes,
• slowed breathing
• sudden headache,
• weak pulse, and
• crying,
• anger,
• restlessness, and
• vaginal spotting,
• continued menstrual bleeding,
• pelvic pain or swelling,
• Specific to children:
• irritable

• Imvexxy (estradiol vaginal inserts)
• Fensolvi (leuprolide acetate for injectable suspension, for subcutaneous use)
• Lupron Depot-Ped (leuprolide acetate for depot suspension)
• Lupaneta Pack (leuprolide acetate for depot suspension; norethindrone acetate tablets)
