Mydriacyl (tropicamide ophthalmic solution) is an anticholinergic used to produce dilated pupils (mydriasis) and paralysis of the iris muscle in the eye (cycloplegia) for diagnostic procedures.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- blurred vision,
- temporary stinging,
- sensitivity to light,
- eye redness,
- watery eyes,
- eye sensitivity to light,
- increased eye pressure
- superficial punctuate keratitis
- decreased vision, and
