MydCombi (tropicamide and phenylephrine hydrochloride ophthalmic spray)

Mydcombi (tropicamide and phenylephrine hydrochloride ophthalmic spray) is a combination of an anticholinergic and an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist indicated to induce dilation of the pupil (mydriasis) for diagnostic procedures and in conditions where short term pupil dilation is desired.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• vomiting,
• pale skin,
• blurred vision,
• dry mouth,
• headache,
• fast heart rate,
• sensitivity to light (photophobia),
• allergic reactions,
• reduced sharpness of vision,
• mild eye discomfort,
• central nervous system disturbances, and
• muscle rigidity.

• Paremyd (hydroxyamphetamine hydrobromide, tropicamide)
