Mozobil (plerixafor injection) is a hematopoietic stem cell mobilizer that helps bone marrow release stem cells into the bloodstream so they can be collected and transplanted back into the body, used in people with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or multiple myeloma.

The drug is often used to treat Multiple myeloma .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• easy bruising,
• unusual bleeding,
• lightheadedness, and
• unusual weakness,
• severe pain in your left upper stomach, spreading to your shoulder blade
