Movantik (naloxegol) is an opioid antagonist used to treat opioid-induced constipation (OIC) in adult patients with chronic non-cancer pain.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • headache,
  • gas (flatulence),
  • anxiety, or
  • stomach/abdominal pain,
  • increased or excessive sweating, chills,
  • yawning
