Motegrity (prucalopride tablets)

Motegrity (prucalopride) is a serotonin-4 (5-HT4) receptor agonist indicated for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- thoughts of self-harm,
- unusual changes in mood or behavior,
- ongoing or worsening depression,
- sadness, and
- hopelessness
