Monjuvi (tafasitamab-cxix injection)
type of Antineoplastics, Anti-CD19 Monoclonal Antibodies
Monjuvi (tafasitamab-cxix) is a CD19-directed cytolytic antibody indicated in combination with lenalidomide to treat adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) not otherwise specified, including DLBCL arising from low grade lymphoma, and who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- constipation,
- fatigue,
- cough,
- low blood potassium (hypokalemia),
- swelling of extremities,
- back pain, and
- decreased appetite,
- muscle spasms
- anemia,
- bronchitis,
- respiratory tract infection,
- low white blood cells (neutropenia),
- low blood platelets (thrombocytopenia),
