Ojjaara (momelotinib tablets)
type of Antineoplastics JAK Inhibitors
Ojjaara (momelotinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis (MF), including primary MF or secondary MF [post-polycythemia vera (PV) and post-essential thrombocythemia (ET)], in adults with anemia.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- itching,
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- dizziness,
- fatigue,
- cough,
- bleeding,
- abdominal pain,
- numbness and tingling,
- elevated liver enzymes,
- viral infection,
- low blood platelets,
- bacterial infection,
- kidney and urinary tract infection (UTI),
- irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias), and
- low white blood cells (neutropenia).
