Ojjaara (momelotinib tablets)

Ojjaara (momelotinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis (MF), including primary MF or secondary MF [post-polycythemia vera (PV) and post-essential thrombocythemia (ET)], in adults with anemia.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • itching,
  • rash,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • dizziness,
  • fatigue,
  • cough,
  • bleeding,
  • abdominal pain,
  • numbness and tingling,
  • elevated liver enzymes,
  • viral infection,
  • low blood platelets,
  • bacterial infection,
  • kidney and urinary tract infection (UTI),
  • irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias), and
  • low white blood cells (neutropenia).
