Poteligeo (mogamulizumab-kpkc injection)

Poteligeo (mogamulizumab-kpkc) injection is a CC chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4)-directed monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome after at least one prior systemic therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- itching,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- skin rash,
- chills,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- painful mouth sores,
- shortness of breath
- stomach pain, and
- blistering or peeling of the skin,
