Mirapex ER (pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets)
type of Antiparkinson Agents, Dopamine Agonists
Mirapex ER (pramipexole dihydrochloride) is a dopamine agonist used alone or with other medications to treat Parkinson's disease. Mirapex ER is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- lightheadedness,
- vision problems,
- weakness,
- unexplained muscle pain,
- hallucinations,
- twitching,
- increased sexual urges,
- unusual urges to gamble, and
- other intense urges
- tremors,
- extreme drowsiness,
- tenderness,
- falling asleep suddenly,
- daytime sleepiness or drowsiness,
- uncontrollable muscle movements,
