MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol 3350 - otc)
type of Laxatives, Osmotic, Bowel Preps
MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol 3350) is used as a laxative to treat occasional constipation or irregular bowel movements. MiraLAX is available over-the-counter and in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- dizziness, or
- upset stomach,
- gas,
- bloating,
- abdominal cramping,
- increased sweating.

- Dulcolax (bisacodyl suppositories)
- Kristalose (kristalose lactulose oral solution)
