Quillivant XR (methylphenidate hydrochloride) is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Quillivant XR is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- weight loss,
- upset stomach,
- insomnia,
- rash,
- anxiety,
- abdominal pain,
- irritability,
- decreased appetite,
- eye pain,
- quickly changing moods,
- tics,
- the urge to scratch your skin,
- increased heart rate, and
- increased blood pressure.
