Rheumatrex (methotrexate tablets)

Rheumatrex (methotrexate) is an antimetabolite drug that is used to treat some cancers, severe skin diseases such as severe psoriasis, and to treat forms of rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatrex is available in generic form.
The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- upset stomach,
- abdominal pain,
- tired feeling,
- blurred vision, and
- inflammation of the lips and mouth,
- bleeding of your gums,
- low number of white cells in blood (leukopenia).
